Should you find yourself newly acquainted with the Stocked Market, we extend a warm welcome. To those who have previously engaged with us as merchants, we warmly welcome you back.

For the sake of expediency, we have compiled pertinent details regarding the event and our organization.

What is the Junior League?

The Junior League of Roanoke Valley, Virginia, Inc. is an organization of women whose mission is to advance women’s leadership
for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.

What Encompasses the Stocked Market?

The Stocked Market represents a festive shopping extravaganza renowned as the "kick-off to the holiday shopping season" within the Roanoke Valley.
This fundraising initiative has garnered over $4.3 million throughout its thirty-five-year history. All proceeds remain within the Roanoke Valley, contributing toward the advancement of our mission.
Each year, we showcase 100+ vendors, including participants from our HomeGrown Market.
The Stocked Market typically draws between 8,000 to 10,000 shoppers over the course of its three-day duration.

What Comprises the HomeGrown Market?

The HomeGrown Market, a feature of the Junior League of Roanoke Valley's Stocked Market, is a one-day only market where artisans, craftspeople and others who make homemade items can sell goods. This special market takes place on the Saturday of Stocked Market. The area that holds the market will be similar to a farmer's market, with tables available for merchants to sell goods.

When is this fabulous experience?

Saturday, November 9, 2024 9am-6pm

Eligibility:

Merchants/artisans must sell locally made/homemade items only Nothing may be from a mass production entity.

Table Options/Rates

Merchants will have two table options to display goods. Goods may be displayed on top of the table - no walls or separate fixtures will be allowed.

Half of 8' table w/electricity = $175
WITHOUT Electricity ($150)

Full 8' table w/electricity = $250
WITHOUT Electricity ($225)

Merchandise Price Range

To enrich the vendor experience, we aim to highlight our Homegrown Market tables on our social media platforms and the JLRV Website throughout the year. This practice not only excites our prospective shoppers, but also aids in fostering ongoing business opportunities for our vendors at the event and beyond.

If you do not have a website or social media, that's okay! Just write "N/A" in the spaces below! We will still showcase your goods in a festive and creative way!

Please indicate your desired method of payment (all payments must be made in full).

If paying the table fee by check, please provide the check number.

Vendors choosing to pay their table fee by credit card will be invoiced upon acceptance to the show through the SquareUp app.

Note: There is a 3.5% courtesy fee when paying by credit/debit card.

All applications are subject to approval. Please allow two weeks for application to be processed.
