Should you find yourself newly acquainted with the Stocked Market, we extend a warm welcome. To those who have previously engaged with us as merchants, we warmly welcome you back.

For the sake of expediency, we have compiled pertinent details regarding the event and our organization.

What is the Junior League?

The Junior League of Roanoke Valley, Virginia, Inc. is an organization of women whose mission is to advance women’s leadership
for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training. 

What Encompasses the Stocked Market?

  • The Stocked Market represents a festive shopping extravaganza renowned as the "kick-off to the holiday shopping season" within the Roanoke Valley.

  • This fundraising initiative has garnered over $4.3 million throughout its thirty-five-year history. All proceeds remain within the Roanoke Valley, contributing toward the advancement of our mission.

  • Each year, we showcase 100+ vendors, including participants from our HomeGrown Market.

  • The Stocked Market typically draws between 8,000 to 10,000 shoppers over the course of its three-day duration.

What Does Preview Coffee Entail?

Preview Coffee serves as the exclusive inaugural event for the Stocked Market. Limited to 500 shoppers, this event offers early access to merchants alongside breakfast, coffee, and special activities.

What Comprises the HomeGrown Market?

The HomeGrown Market constitutes an annual farmer's market-style shopping affair occurring on the Saturday of the Stocked Market. It serves as a platform for local artisans to exhibit their talents and connect with patrons beyond their usual customer base.

Photos and Samples

ALL MERCHANTS participating in the Stocked Market are required to provide a minimum of TWO (2) photos showcasing the merchandise intended for display at the event.

Although not mandatory, we encourage the inclusion of a letter of recommendation from another Junior League or trade show.

Social Media/Website

To enrich the merchant experience, we aim to highlight our vendors on our social media platforms and the JLRV website throughout the year. This practice not only excites our prospective shoppers but also aids in fostering ongoing business opportunities for our vendors at the event and beyond.

Moreover, regrettably, we have encountered instances of fraudulent applications in the past. Therefore, we kindly request that if you have a social media presence and/or website, you provide those details in the space provided below. (If you do not have a social media or website presence, please type "N/A")

Please note that we will be verifying websites and social media accounts during the application review process. As an organization, we take pride in our thorough research efforts to bring not only high-quality vendors to our event but also a diverse array of booths and products.

Please be advised that the "DEPOSIT" amount must be settled within two weeks of acceptance. Any applicable discounts and credits will be deducted from the remaining balance due by October 1, 2024.


Please specify your preferred booth space, noting that a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the booth fee must be submitted within two (2) weeks upon receiving this application to be considered for The Stocked Market. If your application is declined, any payments made will be fully refunded.

  • The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the booth rental fee is required by October 1, 2024. Failure to submit payment by this deadline will result in the remaining balance being charged to your credit card.

  • Payments for all additional items available for purchase (such as electrical outlets, name badges, etc.), as detailed below, are also due by October 1, 2024.

  • Please note that no refunds for booth or additional item purchases will be issued after October 1, 2024.

  • Refund processing typically takes between four (4) to six (6) weeks.

  • A fee of $35 will be charged for any stop payment or returned check incidents. 
    Please be advised that engaging in any of these transactions may lead to the prohibition of your participation as a merchant in any future JLRV shows.

  • Requests for double booths, triple booths, and corner booths will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Specific booth location requests cannot be guaranteed. While every effort will be made to accommodate merchant preferences, the League will assign booth placements at its discretion to optimize sales, accommodate booth size requests, manage proximity to similar product lines, and ensure the overall success of the market.

Booth Description: Each booth includes 8-foot high fabric backdrops, 3-foot high fabric side rails, a merchant sign, one 6-foot draped table, and one chair. Merchants will receive an email from Hollins Exhibits with additional set-up options; payment for these extra features should be made directly to Hollins Exhibits.

Booth Options and Pricing: 

Below are the booth options along with their corresponding prices. Please take note of the additional cost increase for each booth, which includes the provision of one (1) Standard (120v) Electrical Outlet in your 3-Day event Space. 

Early Bird Pricing

Should your application be submitted and APPROVED prior to 11:59pm on June 3, 2024, you will qualify for exclusive Early Bird Pricing.

The discounted sum will be subtracted from your outstanding balance, which is due by October 1, 2024.

Early Bird Pricing is outlined as follows:

  • $50 discount for SINGLE BOOTH
  • $100 discount for DOUBLE BOOTH
  • $150 discount for TRIPLE BOOTH
  • $200 discount for QUAD BOOTH
Additional Items

Please indicate the number of additional items you would like to rent/purchase for use during the Stocked Market. If you do NOT wish to purchase/rent items, please put "N/A" in the space provided. 

Remember: ALL add-ons must be paid for prior to October 1, 2024


One (1) 120v Standard Outlet is included in your booth cost.
The purchasing of additional electricity will be $15 higher per unit if purchased/requested on site during the show.
